How much of my donation reaches the projects?
Eighty-four cents of every dollar goes to our programmes. The rest raises the next dollar and runs the charity, and an independent auditor checks our accounts every year.
Can I choose where my gift goes?
Yes. Pick a cause on the donation form, or choose "where it is needed most" and we will send it to the project that needs it most urgently.
Is my payment secure?
You finish your gift on our donation partner's secure page. Card details never pass through this website.
How do I change or stop a monthly gift?
Call our supporter care team or reply to any email from us. It takes two minutes and there is never a charge.
Can I leave a gift in my will?
Yes, and it is one of the most lasting ways to help. Our supporter care team can send you a free guide.
How do I start volunteering?
Fill in the volunteer form with the roles and days that suit you. Priya will call you within five working days to talk it through.
Can my company match my donation?
Many employers match gifts or volunteering hours. Ask your HR team, and we will send any paperwork they need.
